James got invited to review the newly opened UCHI Japanese bistro and bar in Choeng Thale. This stunning new concept is the second in a chain that originated yrs ago in Chiang Mai. After winning a first place award in Chiang Mai, the restauant group decided to set up a base on the island of Phuket and the results do not dissapoint.
