The Bowl made a trip up the island of Phuket to meet up with real estate agent Jira from Infinity Property Phuket. Jira kindly showed us around a ฿27M Baht villa in the area of Thalang, Phuket. This show home was the first of seven under construction on this plot of land.
I really enjoyed walking around this property and was pleasently surprised with the quality of the materials used the finish, marble on the bedroom walls, bathrooms and kitchen are one such example. The grand open space of the living area combining lounge, dining room, and kitchen gave you a tremedous sense of space. And all this space looks out through huge bay windows into the beautiful garden to include outdoor living and dining areas and stunning pool. At one point I looked to Jira and said “This is a really impressive property”.

There are four double bedrooms in all, and each has an en-suite bathroom with baths that have Jacuzzi functions.
I really enjoyed looking around this property. I fail to see how any potential buyer can fault its build and design. Who will the lucky owners be 🙂
