I really like this great bit of wall art on Soi Taed, Chalong just opposite Mr. Jom’s Restaurant. This kind of art seems to be getting more common in Phuket.
There’s a long wall in Kata in Phuket that also displays some pretty good/interesting graffiti that seems to differentiate itself from western graffiti/art found in Europe and even the USA.
I know that there are those that are really opposed to graffiti and street art and to be fair, when its just aimless signatures/tags using a spray can that literally mutilates the appearance of a wall or property I would agree, however, I do believe if its credible work done properly (and legally) then there is a place for it.
